The Self-Energy Sensing Exercise is a simple practice to reconnect with your body so Sexual Intuition can come through. Without somatic awareness, intuition has nowhere to land, so get ready to observe your deepest needs!

I have developed this short worksheet from over a decade working with couples on sexual and relational challenges. Fill in the answers digitally or on paper. Couples who work with me share their answers during our session, but I ask they to please try not to edit themselves.
If someone doesn't wish to share an answer they can always say “pass,” but knowing these things about yourself is vital and can be a lot of fun! If you're struggling in your relationship, you may want to consider unpacking this in a supportive, moderated space.
